Our History

Wenling Minghua Gear Co.,Ltd is a gear transmission parts manufacturer founded in 1992.The main product we make include transmission gears, shafts, gearboxes, PTO shafts, drive axles and planetary reducer spare parts…etc.The products widely used on Agriculture, Construction, Automobile, Robot arms…etc. industries.

After 3 decades development, Minghua Gear now has 1200 employees with 2 locations.Its annual output is up to 20 million pcs and achieves 1000 million RMB sales in 2021.With full process capability from blank forging to finished products, such as forging, machining, gear manufacturing, heat treatment, grinding …etc.To provide OEM customized services to meet customer various needs.

Wenling Minghua Gear factory located in Wenling City Zhejiang Province.With more than 30 years of professional experience in the production of transmission gear spare parts, gearboxes, gear reducers…etc.The products placed a leading position in  the transmission industry.The main cooperate client include Nabtesco,Comer, Kawasaki, Danfoss, Kubota, Yanmar, Carraro, Nachi, KYB, Linde, Lovol, XCMG, Liugong, SDLG…etc.The product export to USA, Italy, Germany, Japan,Korea, Canada, Brazil, Argentina…etc. countries.Welcome the domestic and foreign client creates win-win cooperation with us together.

Product and Application

1. Gears, shafts, pinions, internal gears, planet carriers, widely used on excavator, loaders, tractors, reducers...construction and agriculture machines.

2. Gearbox and differential assembly mainly applied on grass cutter, rotary cultivator, rotary harrow, rotary tedder, corn harvester, grain harvester…agriculture machines.

3. Transmission PTO shaft used on corn harvester, grain harvester and other combine harvesters.

Minghua gear aim to provide with high quality OEM products for client.We had obtained certifications include ISO9001,IATF16949 quality management system, ISO14001 environmental system certification.With 9 invention patents and 31 practical and novel patents.

Production Equipment

Minghua has nearly 1000 excellent production equipment, like Liebherr teeth grinding machine, Japan's Tsutsuga and SHIGIYA cylindrical grinding machines, Stuart grinder, Makino CNC, Mazak lathe and CNC, 6 axle CNC gear hobbing and shaving machine, IPSEN and AICHELIN multi-purpose heat treatment furnace.With forging capacity up to maximum weight of 350KG and production capacity of 60000 tons per year.

Advance Inspection Equipment

Minghua gear always strive for high quality which we had material physical and chemical lab along with full process inspection from raw material to finish inspections.

Below is our inspection equipment list(include but not limit),2sets of Brown & Sharpe CMM,2sets of Zeiss CMM three-coordinate measuring machine ,8sets of Colin Bergg P100/P65/P26 Gear Measurement Center,2sers of German Marl cylindrical  instrument ,3sets of roughness tester ,Optical Profiler , projector , length measuring machine etc.

We have customers from both domestic market and oversea market.Sales managers can speak fluent English for good communication.Gearboxes export with 200,000pcs per year.Gear and transmission components export with 20,000,000pcs per year.In 2021 year the sales overturn reach 1 billion CNY.

Our main sales market: Japan:35%, Europe:13%, North America:13% , South America:4%, Asia:35%.

Our Service

Besides our existing products, we can produce various products according to customers' drawings or samples.

1.At first, we will measure sample or analysis drawing to communicate with you in details.

2.When the drawing is confirmed by customer, we will start develop on mould and cutter.

3. When sample is finished we will send full set inspection report to client for approval.

4. When sample is approved by client we will carry out batch production.
